- Artisanal baked goods and food products
- Home decoration and styling services
- Dinner hosting experiences
- Home scenting products
Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including if there are pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Delivery & Fulfillment
We currently serve customers within Dubai and select areas of the UAE. Delivery timeframes vary based on the type of product or service ordered.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive your order. Additional delivery fees may apply for failed delivery attempts.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once we start preparing your order, cancellations may not be possible.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately.
For services such as decoration or dinner hosting, cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as needed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability
