My Journey
Born in Lebanon and now calling Dubai my second home. My journey began in my mother's kitchen in Beirut, where I learned that baking is not just about recipes, but about love, tradition, and the joy of sharing something homemade with the people you care about.
I've always been drawn to the kitchen - it's where I feel most relaxed. Whether it's discovering an incredible dish or dessert at a restaurant or testing desserts friends brought over, I can't rest until I've recreated it myself. I'll spend weeks, sometimes months, perfecting a recipe until it's exactly right.
